Job Summary

Overall Position Purpose: Processes online cash and check donations and performs data-entry financial reconciliations and other administrative work in support of the Foundation. Work involves handling confidential information with discretion and includes timely and accurate recording gifts in Bloomerang a cloud-based donor management and fundraising software. Provides support for ongoing development activities such as constituent record keeping gift acknowledgement and account reconciliations special events direct mail donor recognition and other fundraising programs of the Foundation as needed. Provides clerical support to the Foundation Board of Directors and Committees including minutes preparing agenda packets scheduling meetings and maintaining accurate records and files by using cloud-based Board Effect software and Microsoft 365 Suite

Minimum Qualifications: Graduation from high school or equivalency program plus proficiency in Microsoft 365 (including Excel) supplemented by at least two years of administrative support work utilizing these skills; or an equivalent combination of experience and training that has provided the knowledge abilities and skills listed in the job description.

Preferred Qualification: Work or volunteer experience in a foundation non-profit organization or marketing/public relations environment. Bloomerang experience a plus.
