Your Role: Customer Support Executive
As a Customer Support Executive at VATIT STREAM youll play a vital role in coordinating bookings shipping and invoicing while serving as a key point of contact for clients.
Youll manage daily logistics ensure accurate documentation and deliver an exceptional service experience to our global customer base with a strong focus on US clients.
Every shipment you process and every client interaction you manage will contribute directly to our operational success and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end bookings shipping and invoicing
Provide ongoing support and communication to US-based clients ensuring smooth delivery and rapid issue resolution
Work closely with courier partners and internal teams to manage priority shipments
Maintain accurate records of all operational tasks and workflow updates
Use CRM and ERP systems to track activity and manage customer engagement (experience required training will be provided on our systems)
Identify operational improvements to increase efficiency and enhance the customer experience
Job Requirements
Based in Johannesburg South Africa
Experience working with CRM and/or ERP systems
Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask manage deadlines and remain calm under pressure
Experience in logistics operations or supply chain is advantageous
