We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent. As a Customer Service Agent you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers responding to inquiries and providing information about our services.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a calm and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt and efficient resolution of customer issues.
- Keep up-to-date with company products services and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Proactively identify and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve customer service skills.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service preferably in a call center or service-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
