This position will support the Technical Assistance Service in Back Office tasks offering technical advice on products to internal and external customers managing technical documentation and performing after-sales tasks.
Your tasks:
- Provide technical advice by phone and email to end consumers distributors installers and all types of professionals in the sector;
- The advice will be pre-sales during the installation of the products and post-sales;
- When necessary coordinate external Technical Services to perform repair or maintenance interventions to customers who need it;
- Management of the technical documentation of the After Sales Department;
- Other tasks related to the management and operation of the Technical Assistance Service.
Your profile:
- University degree in Engineering or Superior/Middle Cycle Training;
- Person with spirit of service patient good treatment tidy curious eager to learn and proactive;
- Experience in customer service and dealing with all types of interlocutors is highly valued;
- Team work and autonomous work;
- Proficient in office automation tools;
- Valuable: English language.
