Our studio values craftsmanship collaboration and curiosity. As an intern you wont just observe youll learn how real game development teams work and contribute meaningfully under guidance.
We are accepting applications from university students who are required to complete a curricular internship as part of their studies and are passionate about games and interactive experiences.
Interns will be integrated into the team and exposed to real production workflows while receiving mentorship and structured learning opportunities.
All interns regardless of specialization will have opportunities to:
Attend team meetings (stand-ups planning sessions reviews)
Assist in cross-functional projects to understand studio workflows
Create documentation and take notes on tools and processes
Playtest current builds and provide structured feedback
Learn and use project management tools (e.g. Jira Confluence)
Shadow different team members to observe workflows and best practices
You may assist with:
Level design balancing and difficulty tuning
Writing or reviewing Game Design Documents (GDDs)
Prototyping gameplay ideas using Unreal
Playtesting mechanics and suggesting improvements
You may observe or help with:
Creating basic 2D or 3D assets (depending on skillset)
Learning the art pipeline from concept to final asset
Organizing and importing assets into the game engine
UI/UX mockups or minor asset adjustments (with supervision)
You may observe and work on small guided tasks such as:
Fixing simple bugs or assisting in debugging features
Writing scripts for gameplay features (e.g. item pickups triggers)
Learning and documenting the existing codebase
Creating internal tools for designers or artists (if skill level allows)
You may observe and participate in:
Sprint planning and backlog grooming sessions
Tracking tasks and updating statuses in project management tools
Creating or updating production documentation
Assisting with resource planning and task prioritization
Tasks may include:
Writing and executing test cases
Logging tracking and verifying bugs
Participating in build reviews
Performing platform-specific testing
Across all areas interns will develop:
Cross-department communication skills
Time management and task ownership
Presentation skills (e.g. presenting findings feedback or small features)
University students enrolled in a relevant degree
Internship must be curricular and mandatory
Passion for games and interactive media
Willingness to learn take feedback and collaborate
Basic knowledge relevant to the chosen area (academic level is sufficient)
Real-world hands-on experience in a professional game studio
Mentorship from experienced developers
Exposure to the full game development pipeline
A collaborative and creative studio environment
Opportunity to build a strong portfolio and industry insight
