What is expected in this role:
Youll be at the heart of B-Parts empowering the circular economy.
- Assist customers - both private and professional - via phone and written communication to find the right parts;
- Register new customers and process orders efficiently;
- Ensure all customer requests are fulfilled providing timely updates on order status;
- Offer clear information on logistics after-sales procedures and any related inquiries.
- Support customer satisfaction initiatives and follow up to ensure a great experience.

What are we looking for (knowledge skills and abilities):
- Fluency in Portuguese and Italian (mandatory);
- Fluency in English or Spanish (is a plus);
- Strong customer orientation;
- Planning and organization skills;
- Domain of computer tools.
