ABOUT THE ROLE

As Junior Sous Chef key aspects of your role will include:

• Work in partnership with the Kitchens leadership team to recruit train and mentor junior members of the team
• Develop a supportive and nurturing atmosphere within the team
• Assist in developing new menu items
• Take responsibility for sections of the kitchen
• Assist in maintaining a clean organized and efficient kitchen environment adhering to all safety and hygiene protocols.
• Lead by example demonstrating culinary excellence and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional results.
• Oversee food preparation and presentation ensuring consistency and adherence to our high standards.
