This charming retreat is home to a 2 Rosette restaurant celebrated for its innovative seasonal menus and exceptional dining experiences. They are now on the lookout for a skilled and creative Sous Chef to play a key role in their kitchen ensuring every dish is executed to perfection.

Responsibilities as the Sous Chef
- Supporting the Head Chef and stepping up to lead the kitchen in their absence.
- Crafting dishes that highlight the best seasonal locally sourced ingredients.
- Bringing fresh ideas and creativity to the menu enhancing the restaurants reputation.
- Motivating and mentoring the team to deliver consistently high standards.
- Maintaining impeccable food hygiene and safety standards.
