• Provides excellent leadership and management to create a positive successful environment for staff and clients.
• Properly manages and exceeds all OTF sales and operational budgets.
• Responsible for overseeing the sales process and systems and coordinating internal and external events.
• Hires trains manages develops and evaluates the performance of all OTF sales staff.
• Develops a high energy culture through teambuilding events and incentive based motivation.
• Models all studio activities through self-involvement (leading by example).
• Upholds OTF corporate policies business practices systems and processes to ensure brand consistency.
• Provides and maintains the highest level of customer service.
• Provides effective decision-making regarding employee and customer service issues.
• Plans and promotes special events for the studio using OTF tools for effective outreach and community involvement.
• Responsible for ensuring that the facility is clean maintained and operationally sound.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.

• Bachelors degree in business organizational communications exercise science or fitness-related field.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience including overseeing all aspects of staff management from hiring training supporting discipline and termination.
• Minimum 2 years of previous sales experience.
• Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings evenings and/or weekends.
• Be promotionally-oriented and have the ability to direct sales through company required outreach programs.
• Understanding of all performance metrics (KPIs) revenue ordering inventory payroll cost controls and facilities maintenance.
• Must have the ability to multi-task manage client and staff concerns and be a self-starter.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with open participative leadership style and drive for excellence.
• Strong work ethic integrity and professional demeanor.
• Displays positivity initiative a sense of community teamwork and a growth mindset in all work tasks.
• Practical work experience using Microsoft Office Products.
• Previous management experience in the health and fitness industry or in a sales role strongly preferred

About Us

Orangetheory is a science-based full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are a 60-minute class led by a highly trained and certified coach members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
