Job Description:

Job Title: ServiceNow ITSM Tester (Integrations Custom Apps Scripting)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop execute and maintain comprehensive test plans test cases and test scripts for ServiceNow ITSM modules.
• Perform end-to-end testing of ServiceNow ITSM workflows including Incident Problem Change Request Management and Knowledge Management.
• Test and validate integrations between ServiceNow and external systems (e.g. LDAP email monitoring tools CMDB feeds).
• Collaborate with development and implementation teams to test custom applications and ServiceNow configurations.
• Utilize ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules Script Includes Client Scripts UI Actions) to support test automation and validation efforts.
• Identify document and track defects using defect tracking tools; work closely with developers to resolve issues.
• Conduct regression testing and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Analyze functional and technical specifications to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Provide recommendations to improve test processes and ServiceNow functionalities.
• Support deployment activities by validating functionality in development test and production environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM modules and lifecycle testing.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST SOAP APIs LDAP SSO).
• Proficient in ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript and Glide APIs.
• Experience testing custom-built applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Familiarity with Agile testing methodologies and tools (JIRA TestRail etc.).
• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Must :

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
