Job Summary

Labcorp is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator-HRSD to join our team in Bengaluru city Karnataka state.

Work Schedule- 2nd Shift (India)

Job Responsibilities

Administer and optimize ServiceNow (HRSD / Employee Center Pro)
Configure portal pages widgets services and knowledge experiences
Build and refine workflows assignment rules user criteria ACLs user roles governance controls and catalog items
Support platform upgrades and patch testing
Translate business requirements into clean scalable technical solutions
Monitor analytics and usage trends to continuously improve the experience
Partner with HR Centers of Expertise IT and global stakeholders to evolve the portal
Troubleshoot issues and ensure platform stability
Document configurations and maintain strong governance standards
Contribute to the evolution of AI-driven employee support within ServiceNow

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications HR Management Information Systems or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Additional Job Standards

5 years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience specifically with HRSD supporting Employee Center
5 years supporting HR systems or enterprise portals
Strong verbal and written communication skills
The ability to build trusted partnerships with stakeholders
Comfort working with global virtual teams across time zones
Strong experience in Service Now IT Central Pay benefits Pay Centro CSA CAP ATI
