Technical Competencies

ServiceNow Platform Proficiency: Deep knowledge of the Now platform architecture data model and development best practices.
Scripting Languages: Strong proficiency in JavaScript Glide Script HTML CSS and XML.
ServiceNow APIs & Tools: Expertise with Glide Record API Business Rules Client Scripts Script Includes UI Actions Flow Designer Workflows and Access Control Lists (ACLs).
Database Knowledge: Strong understanding of database concepts and SQL queries.
Methodologies: Experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
Certifications (Preferred): ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist - Strategic Portfolio Management (CIS-SPM) are highly desirable.
