Our client PMRC is a leading institution in the housing finance sector established to expand access to affordable housing and strengthen the mortgage ecosystem. The Company plays a catalytic role in developing sustainable housing finance markets by supporting Primary Mortgage Lenders (PMLs) fostering innovation and promoting both Shariah-compliant and conventional financial solutions.
As the MD/CEO the incumbent will provide strategic leadership to drive the Companys mission of deepening housing finance access and advancing market growth. The incumbent will champion initiatives that strengthen financial institutions shape housing finance policy and promote partnerships that deliver long-term impact. The MD/CEO will also ensure operational excellence financial sustainability and strong representation of the Company at national and international levels.
EXPERIENCE
A seasoned financial sector executive with over 20 years of progressive leadership experience including more than 5 years in C-level and senior management roles. Experienced in but not limited to commercial banking development finance capital markets and refinancing. Proven track record in strategic planning operational excellence financial sustainability and stakeholder engagement across both private and public sector institutions.
EDUCATION
Masters degree in Finance Economics Business Administration Banking or a related field from a HEC-recognized institution. A professional in finance and Islamic Shariah will have an added advantage.
SKILLS
Deep understanding of capital markets structured finance and long-term funding. Strong grasp of risk management and regulatory frameworks (SBP SECP Islamic Finance). Effective communicator and negotiator with investors regulators and international stakeholders.
AGE: Maximum age is 55 years.
