This is grant funded contractual position.
Job Roles / Responsibilities:
Provide quality patient care at peri-urban primary healthcare facility including Enrolment of patients for ongoing research studies organize data gathered and maintain records for different research projects.
You will be responsible to:
- Identification of the patient for the ongoing study and enrolled patient for the Research study;
- to follow up the research study patient and update schedule of visit;
- collect and maintain records of identified cases;
- design and plan social mobilization strategies for community people to co-operate/collaborate with Research projects;
- to provide appropriate guidance to children screen positive with disability or malnourished;
- ensure participation of community in Research project to increase case reporting;
- training of junior staff working in the health centre;
- monitoring the data collection processes in the field;
- evaluating and validating the data collected;
- development of data collection forms;
- preparation and submission of study reports;
- present the study results as per the requirement.
Requirements:
You must have:
- MBBS with relevant experience in paediatrics;
- at least 3-4 years of related experience;
- ability to work in a team;
- ability to establish harmonious working relations at the place of work;
- flexibility in taking over additional/new responsibilities when required by project;
- willingness to work at peri-urban research settings;
- mature reliable and responsible;
- able to understand and follow instruction;
- ability to speak and understand job-related English and Urdu.
