Description
Come join the team at HCI Sports & Fitness! As a premier sports and fitness center located in Bee Cave our team is in search of an outgoing and high energy Party Coach to help our youth party participants build memories that last a lifetime! The Party Coach serves as the main point of contact during parties and events and works with our guests to host the perfect combination of entertainment attractions and refreshments!
Requirements
In joining our team youll be responsible for:
- Ensuring events are high energy fun and safe
- Greeting and communicating with party guests
- Guiding the entertainment to ensure events stay on track
- Serving as the point of contact during party events
- Building client relationships through outstanding hospitality
- Cleaning and organizing as needed before and after parties
- Creating a positive overall experience for children and parents by handling unexpected challenges quickly and fairly
- Assisting and working shifts as needed in rock climbing

To be a great fit youll have:
- Must be available to work Sundays with availability to also work some Saturdays
- An attentive outgoing and energetic personality
- Must enjoy working with children
- Excellent communication skills
- Capability to problem solve on the fly
- Capacity to multitask and work well under pressure
- Strong work ethic that includes punctuality organization and attention to detail
