We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Transformation Coach to join our team in Baltimore United States. As a Transformation Coach you will play a crucial role in driving organizational change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within our company.
- Lead and facilitate organizational transformation initiatives guiding teams through change processes
- Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with business objectives
- Coach leaders and employees at all levels to embrace and drive change effectively
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to build change management capabilities across the organization
- Assess organizational readiness for change and develop tailored approaches to address resistance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of transformation projects
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of change initiatives making adjustments as needed
- Provide expert advice and support to senior leadership on change management best practices
- Create and maintain change management tools templates and documentation
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Organizational Development or related field
- Proven experience in leading organizational transformation initiatives
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Advanced project management skills and experience in managing complex change programs
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities
- Experience in stakeholder management and building collaborative relationships
- Proficiency in developing and delivering training programs
- Relevant certifications in change management or coaching (e.g. PROSCI ICF) preferred
- Experience in business process improvement and cultural change management
- Strong understanding of organizational development principles and practices
