Job Summary

Job Title :Senior Business Analyst

Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications:

Proven experience leading a team of technical systems analysts in gathering and analyzing requirements for complex projects. Responsibilities included planning eliciting organizing and documenting business process requirements facilitating stakeholder discussions to resolve design issues and evaluating implemented technical solutions to recommend process and design improvements.
Experienced in collaborating with project stakeholders including development teams and business subject matter experts (SMEs) to analyze and implement business solutions through the creation of key artifacts such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD) Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) business rules traceability matrices and workflow or system requirement diagrams.
Skilled in writing and executing SQL queries to analyze and validate back-end data processing identify software defects and anomalies and ensure data integrity.
Proficient in developing and analyzing workflow business process and technical process diagrams using Microsoft Visio to support system analysis and design activities.
Experienced in designing wireframes and screen mockups to capture and clarify functional requirements and user interface designs.
