Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Manager of Technical Services Operations to lead our
Technical Services Review Group. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence ensuring SLA
compliance implementing audit and capacity planning processes developing training programs and managing
budgets. The ideal candidate will bring strategic leadership process discipline and a passion for performance
improvement across teams and systems.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership:
a. Lead a Medium to Large Backend team on Image and Video review Services and be the point of
contact for India Tech Services Team
b. Mange Teams Performance Coaching and Mentoring
c. Drive performance KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and KRIs (Key Risk Indicators) into
performance frameworks to foster a culture of accountability and excellence.

b. Mange Teams Performance Coaching and Mentoring
c. Drive performance KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and KRIs (Key Risk Indicators) into
performance frameworks to foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
2. Meet SLA of Quality and Delivery:
a. Maintain Review Team Quality SLA of 95% and standard reviewer Productivity metrics.
b. Develop and execute operational strategies to ensure Review Time SLAs are not breached for
different Use Cases
c. Interact with USA Annotations manager on Use cases for Reviews and adhere to expectations.
3. Governance & Compliance
a. Perform Audit of Audits Assess Audit outcomes make inferences and course corrections.
b. Understand & adhere to SOPs Reporting and Escalation processes.
c. Represent the team outcomes in weekly monthly and quarterly reporting.
d. Document Application issues through JIRA and partner with teams for issue resolution
e. Review current process and make suggestions for improvements.
4. Capacity Planning & Resource Optimization
a. Lead capacity planning with predictive analytics using statistical tools.
b. Implement Data driven decision making and take quick Decisions with little or no Intervention
from Senior Manager
c. Periodically evaluate Capacity needs and be able to quickly full fill positions
5. Learning & Development Strategy
a. Oversee the design and deployment of training programs through LMS for all defined use cases.
b. Ensure 100% on-time training completion across the Review Group through monthly
assignments.
c. Foster a culture of continuous learning upskilling and performance accountability.
