The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract hire and retain top talent across the organization. This role involves leading the recruitment team partnering with business leaders strengthening employer branding and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing screening interviewing and closing.
- Develop hiring strategies aligned with business needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and create JDs.
- Drive sourcing through job portals LinkedIn referrals and other channels.
- Maintain and optimize ATS and talent pipelines.
- Track hiring metrics (TAT source mix offer vs. join ratio).
- Lead and mentor the TA team.
- Manage vendor partners and recruitment agencies.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Requirements
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition from any industry except IT/Finance industry
MBA / PGDM in HR or related field preferred
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
