The role ensures smooth functioning of offices warehouses yards and staff facilities while maintaining compliance safety and cost efficiency.
The ideal candidate will coordinate with vendors manage infrastructure ensure safety standards and support operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
Administration
Manage office & warehouse administration activities
Handle housekeeping security transport and utilities
Manage vendor contracts (security housekeeping maintenance)
Oversee procurement of office supplies & consumables
Maintain statutory & compliance records
Handle employee travel accommodation & site admin support
Facility Management
Maintain buildings warehouses yards & infrastructure
Manage electrical plumbing HVAC & civil maintenance
Ensure workplace safety & statutory compliance
Coordinate preventive & breakdown maintenance
Handle facility audits & inspections
Manage waste disposal & hygiene standards
People & Process
Coordinate with HR for employee facilities & discipline
Handle grievance & issue resolution related to facilities
Maintain SOPs & admin MIS reports
Support logistics & operations teams for smooth execution
