Job Summary

A Leading Logistics Company is looking for a proactive and experienced Admin & Facility Manager to oversee administrative operations and facility management for our logistics company. The role ensures smooth functioning of offices warehouses yards and staff facilities while maintaining compliance safety and cost efficiency.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with vendors manage infrastructure ensure safety standards and support operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

Administration

  • Manage office & warehouse administration activities

  • Handle housekeeping security transport and utilities

  • Manage vendor contracts (security housekeeping maintenance)

  • Oversee procurement of office supplies & consumables

  • Maintain statutory & compliance records

  • Handle employee travel accommodation & site admin support

Facility Management

  • Maintain buildings warehouses yards & infrastructure

  • Manage electrical plumbing HVAC & civil maintenance

  • Ensure workplace safety & statutory compliance

  • Coordinate preventive & breakdown maintenance

  • Handle facility audits & inspections

  • Manage waste disposal & hygiene standards

People & Process

  • Coordinate with HR for employee facilities & discipline

  • Handle grievance & issue resolution related to facilities

  • Maintain SOPs & admin MIS reports

  • Support logistics & operations teams for smooth execution
