Job Summary

The Channel Marketing Director will work with regional US retail energy sales teams in developing and executing marketing strategy across key U.S. power marketsERCOT PJM/MISO NEPOOL/NYISOsupporting both direct and broker-served business. In this Houston TX based role you will oversee a team of regional and channel-focused marketers. You will drive integrated demand generation brand positioning and sales enablement initiatives tailored to regional dynamics. As Director you will also coordinate national marketing efforts for direct B2B and broker channels ensuring alignment with ENGIEs green growth strategy and commercial priorities.

  • Create Regional Marketing Strategy You will develop and execute tailored marketing plans for each power region aligned with local market dynamics regulatory trends and customer needs
  • Manage Regional Marketing Team You will supervise regional marketing advisors and channel marketers fostering collaboration innovation and performance accountability
  • Drive Demand Generation Youll launch integrated campaigns to generate qualified pipeline across direct and broker channels leveraging digital content and event-based tactics
  • Support Broker Channel Growth You partner with sales and analytics to develop targeted programs that incentivize broker engagement and increase margin contribution
  • Coordinate National Marketing Initiatives You oversee marketing efforts that span multiple regions including brand campaigns co-marketing partnerships and strategic sponsorships
  • Ensure Regional Brand Consistency Youll maintain ENGIEs brand standards across all regional marketing outputs ensuring consistency and relevance
  • Monitor Performance & ROI You will track campaign effectiveness pipeline contribution and regional marketing KPIs adjusting strategies to optimize impac

What Youll Bring

  • You holda Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in US power industry or experience in B2B marketing leadership roles with a focus on regional/channel marketing in the energy or industrial sectors
  • You have proven leadership experience managing marketing teams and cross-functional initiatives
  • You have a deep understanding of U.S. power markets and broker dynamics
  • You possess strong analytical skills and experience with marketing performance tracking
  • You have excellent communication stakeholder engagement and project management skill

Additional Details

  • Eligible for a hybrid schedule consisting of in-office and work-from-home opportunities (3 days in office 2 days remote )
  • Must be available to travel up to 25% of the time and with the need for some overnight trips
  • Must possess a valid U.S. drivers license/clean driving record
  • Must have the ability to travel domestically and internationally on limited occasions
  • Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies

Compensation

Salary Range: $150600 $230920 USD annually

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

ENGIE complies with all federal state and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography experience education internal pay alignment or other bona fide factors.

In addition to base pay this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
