Overview: Central Connection is a Division of Central Clinic Behavioral Health and is known as the front door for Hamilton County residents who need connection to mental health and/or substance use treatment. Central Connections primary mission is to provide a standardized entry to a system of care that ensures that services are available accessible and of high quality. Position Summary Reporting to the Program Director the Clinical Director provides clinical leadership for Central Connections behavioral health services. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality ethical trauma-informed and evidence-based care while maintaining compliance with all regulatory licensing and accreditation requirements. The Clinical Director is responsible for clinical oversight staff development quality assurance and collaboration with key stakeholders in support of the Central Clinics vision mission and core values. Key Responsibilities: - Provide clinical leadership and oversight for behavioral health services.
- Ensure compliance with all licensures regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Supervise and support clinical supervisors and licensed staff.
- Serve as a clinical resource for complex cases risk management and crisis response.
- Oversee clinical documentation quality assurance and outcomes monitoring.
- Collaborate with leadership on program development staffing and service delivery.
- Support recruitment training and professional development of clinical staff.
- Foster a trauma-informed ethical and mission-driven clinical culture.
Minimum Qualifications: - Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW)
- Minimum of 57 years of progressive clinical experience in behavioral health.
- Demonstrated knowledge of trauma-informed care ethical standards and evidence-based practices.
- Strong understanding of behavioral health regulations documentation standards and compliance requirements
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in community behavioral health nonprofit or integrated care settings.
- Experience with Medicaid-funded services and managed care.
- Supervision designation including previous experience providing clinical supervision.
