Job Description The Randolph Middle School science teacher will facilitate student success in academic and interpersonal skills through academic courses of study and implement district approved curriculum documenting teaching and student progress/activities/outcomes; addressing specific needs of students; providing a safe and optimal learning environment; and providing feedback to students parents and administration regarding student progress expectations and ideal candidate will:Collaborate with school personnel parents and various community agencies for the purpose of improving the quality of student outcomes developing solutions and planning a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interests of equity and appreciation of diversityMaintain classroom managementPromote high standards and expectations for student achievementParticipate in OpenSciEd trainingPlan and deliver effective instructionExecute the subject matter knowledge requirements specific for science frameworksPerform other duties as deemed appropriate by the Building Principal and/or Curriculum CoordinatorTerms: In Accordance with the Unit A Contract Reports To: Principal
