Job Summary

Notice of VacancyScience TeacherPosition: Instructor of science with an anticipated schedule consisting of life sciences courses at a four-year regional vocational technical high school with an enrollment of approximately 640 students in fifteen technical : Bachelors Degree required. Masters Degree preferred. Licensed in Biology by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. Sheltered English Immersion endorsement Minimum of two years teaching experience Responsibilities: Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities. Work collaboratively to align curriculum to the MA Curriculum Frameworks. Use data from formative and summative assessments to inform instruction. Teach classes in accordance with state frameworks and approved curriculum. Collaborate with colleagues to prepare and deliver well-structured units of instruction. Provide assistance support and specialized instruction to students in classes as needed.
