Job Summary

TITLE:JV Boys Basketball Coach

REPORTS TO:Athletic Director

SEASON:early December to late February with postseason tournament to follow

SCHEDULE:Weekday (and some weekend) practices and games* Subjectto change

SKILLS REQUIRED:This opening is a JV boys basketballcoach position.

Previous basketballcoaching at the high school level and experience working with teenagers preferred. The coach will be responsible for team activities including all scheduled practices and games adhere to district policies rules and objectives. The coach will lead by example among the team and players. Focus will be on personal development skill development safety fair play sportsmanship and work to establish and improve the team and program.

Candidates should be detail-oriented must meet or be willing to complete all Conway School District Kennett High School and NHIAA requirements and be able to travel with the team to and from away games/events. CPR/First Aid certification required but will train if needed.
