TheAthletics Departmentat Georgia State University is seeking to hire a dynamic and versatile Head Coach Court Volleyballwho will direct develop and manage all aspects of a Division I Court Volleyball program.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:
The Head Coach Volleyball is responsible for coaching training and development of student-athletes within the team concept.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Recruitment and talent evaluation of student-athletes.
- Monitoring of student-athletes academic progress and personal development.
- Budget creation and management.
- Tournament and practice scheduling.
- Supervise assistant coaches graduate assistants temps work study students or volunteers.
- Adherence to Georgia State University NCAA Sun Belt Conference rules and policies.
- Development and fundraising responsibilities to raise funds for the department and Volleyball program along with alumni engagement.

Minimum Hiring Qualifications:
Bachelors degree and four years of related experience; or a combination of education and related experience. Knowledge of NCAA policies and procedures is required. NCAA certification will be required.
