Job Summary:
The Senior SAP B2P Process Consultant plays a critical role in designing implementing and optimizing SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) solutions to support the Mobility Aftermarket organizations business processes and financial goals. This individual collaborates closely with business stakeholders finance leaders and technical teams to ensure effective end-to-end integration of finance and controlling functions within the SAP ecosystem and successful delivery of SAP projects and enhancements (R/3 and S/4).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of SAP Budget to Perform (FI and CO) module and related components) solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional specifications.
- Design scalable solutions to address the global FI CO business requirements.
- Integrate with other SAP modules like SD MM WM and external systems (e.g. CRM e-commerce platforms).
- Lead workshops and gather requirements from business users and process owners.
- Create functional specifications for custom developments (RICEFW objects).
- Perform unit integration and user acceptance testing (UAT) support.
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvement.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior SAP consultants or analysts.
- Document processes enhancements and project-related artifacts.
- Stay current on SAP best practices and new technologies (e.g. S/4HANA BTP Cloud etc).
- Effective collaboration with project and business organization with strong stake holder management skills
- Ability to navigate interpersonal conflicts professionally and contribute to solutions
- Ability to communicate assertively to ensure clarity alignment and timely decision making
Qualifications :
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in finance Information technology Business administration Engineering or related field.
- 10 years of hands-on SAP FI and CO experience in R/3 and S/4 environments.
- Strong knowledge of SAP FICO module: G/L Accounting Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Asset Accounting Cost center Accounting Profit center accounting internal orders profitability Analysis etc.
- Experience in full SAP lifecycle implementations and support.
- Experience integrating with SAP SD and MM modules.
- Understanding of EDI IDocs and third-party interfaces.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications: - SAP FICO certifications.
- Experience in global SAP rollouts.
- Familiarity with tools such as MFALM SAP Solution Manager Jira ServiceNow etc.
- Experience working with a global team.
