We are looking for an experienced Test Analyst to join the TestCentre of Excellence (TCE) supporting major insurance and financial will work on test design execution defect handling and delivery qualityacross core applications such as ORION HERA Wynsure and GLIS contributingto high-quality delivery in the Savings and Protectiondomains.
About the Role
The Test Analyst will design and execute testcases according to established TCE standards and methodologies ensuringaccuracy quality and proper documentation throughout the project role works closely with Business Analysts Test Leads and projectstakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
TestDesign
Analyse requirements and contribute to businesstest design
Respect project test strategy and standards
Document test cases scenarios and deliverablesin the test management tool
Validate and communicate test documentation
Prioritize tests within scope
Support knowledge-sharing activities amongBusiness Analysts
TestExecution
Execute test cases within assigned scope
Enter results into test tools and report defects
Provide Go/No-Go input when required
Monitor test progress and report risks onquality or deadlines
Provide clear progress updates to the Test Lead
DefectManagement
Identify record and track defects
Support prioritization of anomalies
Participate in validation of corrections
Provide information for final reports andprocedures
Standards& Quality
Follow internal quality frameworks and testingmethodologies
Adhere to established testing policies toolsand documentation standards
Participate in continuous improvement workshops
Required Skills &Experience
36years of testing experience
Degree in Computer Science or related field
Knowledge of test methodology & ISTQBconcepts
Ability to build a test schedule
SQLknowledge
Knowledge of APIs & test execution
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to identify risks and monitor resolution
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Critical thinking and structured work approach
Language
French(mandatory)
Nice to Have
5 years of testing experience
Experience testing insurance or bankingapplications
Knowledge of ALM Octane
SAS knowledge
Knowledge of Control-M or other schedulers
Strong customer-orientation and quality mindset
