About the Role
Are you fluent in Czech and English and ready to grow your career in tech support Join us in Sofia Bulgaria as a Solutions Consultant (Czech & English-speaking) for a global digital solutions provider. Youll guide clients through product usage resolve issues and help them get the best from innovative digital tools all while working in a vibrant international environment.
Please note: Candidates must hold an EU passport or a valid work permit for Bulgaria.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional support and guidance to Czech-speaking users of digital products and services.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and accurate manner.
- Log and track issues using internal ticketing systems while ensuring resolution within SLAs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Stay updated on new product releases and process improvements to enhance customer experience.

Maintain detailed and accurate case documentation in the CRM system.
Requirements

Native or fluent Czech and strong English communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills with a service-oriented approach.
- Experience in technical support customer service or related areas preferred.

Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and workflows.

Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.

Team player with good time management skills.

EU citizenship or valid Bulgarian work permit required.
