Website Solutions Clients Support (German)
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Language Requirements: Native or C1 German & B2 English

What Youll Do:
Provide exceptional support to customers via various channels ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to website solutions and deliver effective solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor guiding users through their queries and enhancing their satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases efficiently.
What Were Looking For:
Experience: At least 6 months in customer service tech support or a similar role (mandatory).
Languages: Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2).
A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work on a 24/7 rotational schedule including night shifts and two rotating days off.
What We Offer:
Competitive Compensation
Base Salary: 1100 EUR gross/month (14 months) 15 400 EUR gross/year
Performance Bonus: Up to 180 EUR /month (12 months) 2 160 EUR gross/year
Meal Allowance: 7.23 EUR /day (net) 190872 EUR gross/year
Transport Allowance: 20 EUR /month 240 EUR gross/year
EUR gross/year plus a performance bonus of 2 160 EUR gross/year
