Job Description:
- Assist in forecasting quarterly and annual hiring needs at the group level
- Support and assist in candidate sourcing to generate a reasonable number of applicants against the required position by using recruitment channels
- Post the assigned job on all identified recruitment channels i.e. Indeed Recruiter Lite WhatsApp Groups and all other free and paid channels as soon as a VSF against any position is received
- Maintain proper filing and recording in the ATS record of each position.
- Shortlist candidates with provided/decided criteria for the job and coordinate for scheduling Interviews upon further process
- Assist with and coordinate with HRM for documentation & onboarding
- Support in Branding the company image while conducting initial interviews
- Share the companys profile & group profile with all shortlisted candidates
- Utilize the ATS and enhancements in the automation dashboard reporting effectively.
- Complete the special projects as per laid-down SLAs and quality standards
Qualifications and Skills:
- BBA/MBA in HR
- 1-2 years of experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Job Portals & Sourcing Platforms
- HRMS or ERP Tools
- HR Outsourcing Companies / Tech Houses
- ATS
