Job Summary

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field
  • 2-3 years of proven experience managing Upwork and/or Fiverr accounts with a strong record of winning high-value projects.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting weekly and monthly acquisition targets.
  • Excellent proposal writing negotiation and client relationship skills.
  • Deep understanding of Upwork/Fiverr algorithms bidding strategies and profile optimization.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads efficiently.
  • Familiarity with CRM and project management tools (HubSpot ClickUp Trello Asana etc.) is a plus.
  • Submit weekly reports detailing performance insights and improvement suggestions.

Responsibilities:

  • Optimize and manage the companys Upwork and Fiverr profiles to enhance visibility and credibility.
  • Identify and pursue high-ticket project opportunities through strategic bidding and targeted research.
  • Write compelling customized proposals aligned with client goals and the companys service offerings.
  • Engage with prospective clients through professional communication (messages calls or meetings) to build trust and close deals.
  • Consistently achieve weekly targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Track and analyze bid performance conversion rates and client feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends competitor activity and platform algorithm changes to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Deliver concise weekly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
