About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Deployment Manager to join our clients team and lead workforce deployment and planning across multiple service this role you will align business priorities with people strategiesensuring the right talent is placed on the right projects while promoting flexibility development and high performance. Youll act as a trusted advisor to leaders using data and insights to solve complex resourcing challenges support workforce transformation and drive operational excellence in a fast-evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end staffing and deployment to optimize utilization balance workload and support employee growth.
  • Make data-informed resourcing decisions considering business goals development needs and diversity objectives.
  • Partner with leaders to anticipate workforce needs advise on talent strategy and support succession planning.
  • Leverage analytics and multiple data sources to provide meaningful workforce recommendations.
  • Coach and guide team members to build capability encourage ownership and foster collaboration.
  • Address issues that impact effective team operations and promote agile problem-solving.
  • Ensure quality and consistency in deployment processes while upholding organizational values and ethics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources or a related field.
  • 9 years of progressive experience in workforce management resource deployment or talent planning.
  • Strong understanding of workforce transformation and strategic resourcing.
  • Background in consulting technology or ITES environments preferred.
  • Experience in MIS PMO or reporting functions is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication analytical and stakeholder management skills.
  • Can start immediately if possible.
