We are looking for a Senior Payroll Executive to manage and oversee the companys payroll activities. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing in full compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full set of monthly payroll for all employees
Ensure accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements (EPF SOCSO EIS PCB HRDF etc.)
Prepare payroll reports payslips and statutory submissions
Handle and resolve employee payroll-related queries
Review and improve payroll processes for efficiency
Support HR in compensation benefits and related matters

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in HR Accounting Business or related field
Minimum 4 years of experience in payroll processing
Good knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and statutory contributions
Proficient in Mandarin English and Bahasa Malaysia
Detail-oriented responsible and able to meet tight deadlines
Familiar with payroll software (e.g. SQL Payroll InfoTech or similar)
