About the Role
We are a world-leading smart mobility SaaS company with oversubscribers across 23 countries. We are looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to join our collaborative vibrant and fast-growing team. Team members are empowered to contribute ideas that drive innovation efficiency and customer success.
Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with decision makers fleet managers and system users and manage all services related to assigned key accounts
Establish strong rapport and trust through proactive and consistent engagement
Understand client needs and identify new business opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Handle and resolve customer enquiries or issues across all communication channels ensuring proper follow-up through to final resolution within agreed timelines
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet clients business objectives
Identify and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction loyalty and retention by exceeding customer expectations
Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelors degree in any discipline or equivalent relevant industry experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service aftersales support or account management in B2B
Proficient communication skills in English and Mandarin. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
Tech-savvy and computer literate with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems
High-energy team player who can also work independently
Willing to work onsite in Kuala Lumpur and travel nationwide for fieldwork as required
