Main Duties:

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with local and international standards (GAAP / IFRS).
Prepare and review financial statements management reports and reconciliations.
Supervise mentor and develop a team of accountants.
Manage month-end and year-end closing for multiple clients.
Review bookkeeping VAT returns and payroll.
Liaise with auditors and ensure audit readiness.
Support clients with budgeting forecasting and financial analysis.
Implement and improve internal accounting controls and processes.
Handle client billing and ensure timely invoicing.

What skills do you need:

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field; ACCA qualification preferred.
Minimum of 6 years of progressive accounting experience including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting.
Proficient in accounting software (e.g. Xero) and MS Excel.

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
