Job Description


This position functions as a recognized resource performing quality assurance. This position is responsible for reviewing statewide submittals and deliverables for the statewide regional project manager unit to ensure accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations. Additionally this position is assigned a limited number of transit agencies and stakeholders for direct on-site technical assistance to ensure effective and efficient operations with respect to contract administration program planning budgeting service development and delivery revenue generation and operational and administrative oversight of capital and operating contracts including compliance with state and federal regulations.


The Salary listed above is a range that reflects the minimum rate through the maximum rate of the Departmental Analyst 12 position.

Required Education and Experience

Education
Possession of a bachelors degree in any major.

Experience
Three years of professionalexperience including one year of experience equivalent to the experienced (P11) level in state service.

Alternate Education and Experience

Departmental Analyst 12
Educational level typically acquired through completion of high school and the equivalent of at least two years of full-time active-duty experience at or above the E-6 level in the uniformed services may be substituted for the education requirement.
