Our client is a leading consumer goods cooperation in Vietnam seeking experienced professionals to join their firm.
Design and execute HR strategy aligned with business goals and organizational structure.
Lead workforce planning and manage the HR budget (compensation benefits training).
Oversee recruitment operations ensure hiring quality and align talent acquisition with business needs.
Build and manage talent development programs including competency frameworks and career pathways.
Develop and maintain compensation & benefits policies including performance-based incentives.
Ensure effective employee relations and compliance with labor regulations.
Lead coach and develop the HR team to ensure high performance.
Use HR data and reporting to advise leadership and support decision-making.
Requirements
More than 10 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in a senior HR leadership role.
Proven ability to lead and develop HR teams of 15 members.
Strong process-oriented mindset proficient in designing and refining HR workflows and systems.
Data-driven decision-making capabilities with solid analytical skills.
Excellent communication stakeholder engagement and influencing abilities.
Demonstrates resilience and accountability able to manage high-impact priorities and maintain focus under pressure.
