Our client is a IT services company seeking experienced professionals to join its organization.


Product Direction & Platform Vision

  • Establish a clear long-term vision and multi-year roadmap for the Chat platform as a critical Super App foundation.

  • Position the Chat platform as an enabling layer for social interaction enterprise collaboration customer engagement and AI-driven communication use cases.

  • Drive platform-first product thinking ensuring the solution is modular extensible and scalable across diverse business domains.


Platform Ownership & Product Scope

  • Take full ownership of the Chat platform across the entire product lifecycle covering:

    • One-to-one messaging group conversations and broadcast or channel-based communication

    • Multimedia messaging file transfer and notification systems

    • Real-time message delivery presence awareness and cross-device synchronization

    • Public and internal APIs/SDKs enabling integration with mini-apps and enterprise systems

    • Deep integration with AI agents conversational bots and contact center platforms

  • Ensure smooth interoperability with core Super App services such as identity management security frameworks payment systems CRM and other shared services.


Delivery Execution & Performance

  • Convert strategic product direction into well-defined requirements milestones and delivery roadmaps.

  • Work in close partnership with Engineering System Architecture AI Design and Quality Assurance teams to deliver reliable high-quality solutions.

  • Maintain an effective balance between delivery speed product quality and platform robustness in large-scale production environments.

  • Leverage product analytics usage data and operational metrics to inform prioritization and decision-making.


AI Enablement & Product Innovation

  • Drive the adoption of AI-powered features within the Chat platform including:

    • Conversational AI virtual assistants and intelligent agents

    • Automated workflows and smart routing for customer support and service operations

    • Context-aware suggestions message summarization and actionable insights

  • Collaborate closely with AI and data teams to embed intelligence directly into the communication experience.


Stakeholder Alignment & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with internal product teams business units and operational stakeholders to understand communication requirements across multiple use cases.

  • Serve as the primary product owner for the Chat platform in cross-product and cross-platform initiatives.

  • Align stakeholders around platform priorities dependencies and trade-off decisions.


Platform Governance & Quality Assurance

  • Define and uphold standards for system reliability performance latency data security and user privacy.

  • Establish platform governance models API standards and technical integration guidelines.

  • Identify and manage product risks technical dependencies and long-term platform sustainability.


Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related technical discipline.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Product Management including senior or leadership-level roles.

  • Extensive experience developing large-scale communication or real-time platforms such as chat messaging social or collaboration systems.

  • Demonstrated success leading complex platform products serving large user bases or enterprise-scale deployments.

  • Strong technical foundation in distributed systems API design and real-time communication technologies.

  • Hands-on exposure to AI-driven or AI-enabled products is highly preferred.

  • Excellent capabilities in strategic planning execution excellence and stakeholder management.
