Our client is a leading bank seeking experienced professionals to join its organization.
Business Planning & Target Setting
Work closely with the Regional Director to evaluate the Branchs business potential and establish annual business targets and budget plans.
Discuss negotiate and finalize Branch targets and budgets with the Regional Director.
Develop the Branchs operating plan and submit it for review and approval by the Regional Director.
Planning & Budget Control
Coordinate with relevant units (including BMO) to cascade targets and KPIs to individual employees.
Monitor and manage operating expenses to ensure compliance with approved budget limits.
Allocate and assign personnel to appropriate roles based on expertise and business needs.
Recruit additional staff within budget to support business expansion and performance improvement.
Branch Operations Management
Manage and oversee all SME sales and business activities of the Branch focusing on revenue growth profit before tax and cost efficiency.
Take accountability for the quality of credit proposals and the overall health of the loan portfolio including NPL control.
Drive improvements in key operational indicators such as loan growth deposit mobilization new customer acquisition cross-selling effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
Service Quality & Sales Effectiveness
Supervise daily sales and customer service operations at the Branch.
Ensure credit documentation is processed accurately and efficiently including submission to appraisal units and post-approval handling while minimizing turnaround time for customers.
Design and implement SME customer acquisition initiatives at the Branch level.
Approve financial expenses within assigned authority limits.
Marketing Communication & Brand Development
Implement marketing campaigns and product programs issued by Head Office; initiate Branch-level programs where appropriate.
Build and maintain relationships with local communities business associations and partners to proactively generate business leads.
Ensure full compliance with SeaBanks internal regulations policies and operational guidelines.
Train and guide sales teams on effective use of CRM systems product offerings sales pipeline management and productivity improvement practices.
Performance & People Management
Track and evaluate actual business results against the Branchs approved budget and targets.
Conduct periodic performance reviews and collaborate with department heads to assess employee performance.
Provide direct coaching training and career development guidance to Branch employees.
Foster a professional collaborative and positive working environment across the Branch.
Requirements
Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration Economics Finance Banking or related disciplines.
Minimum 10 years of experience in the banking and financial services sector with at least 4-6 years in managerial roles within SME-focused business units.
Strong knowledge of financial products and services market dynamics industry characteristics and SME customer needs.
Solid understanding of banking regulations operational procedures and risk management policies.
Strong problem-solving capability commercial mindset and ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
Advanced skills in market research customer analysis and data-driven decision-making.
Proven planning execution and performance management capabilities.
Excellent communication influencing presentation and coaching skills.
Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated success in team management motivation and employee engagement.
