Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative (minimum 12 years preferred).
Demonstrated ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls effectively.
Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
A customer-focused mindset with a talent for building relationships.
Comfortable working independently during night shifts.
