Job Summary

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Call Center Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented proactive in solving production logistics and passionate about ensuring a positive customer journey. Youll be the first point of contact for our valued customers delivering professional courteous and solution-driven support across multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.

  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and enhance overall experience.



Requirements

What Were Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative (minimum 12 years preferred).

  • Demonstrated ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

  • A customer-focused mindset with a talent for building relationships.

  • Comfortable working independently during night shifts.
