Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates from various job portals and social media.

Call and schedule interviews for potential candidates.

Maintain candidate databases and track the hiring process.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain daily recruitment reports and updates.

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi/English).
