Morgan Stanley are seeking a Business Analyst to join the Access Management Onboarding Team as a Business Analyst in IDENTITY & ACCESS MANAGEMENT to help evolve our tools and processes to support the business.
What youll do in the role:
- Contribute to the function through a range of operational activities and project tasks developing an understanding of the business and operating environment.
- Work closely with project managers and developers to translate business requirements into functional specifications user stories and use cases
- Participate in system testing validation and user acceptance testing to ensure the delivered solution meets business needs and expectations.
- Take ownership of requirement management ensuring traceability from initial requirements through to system deployment and maintenance
- Conduct detailed business process analysis to identify areas for improvement optimization and automation within the organization.
What youll bring to the role:
- Ability to engage with the broader team communicate goals tasks and deliverables in 1-1 and team meetings.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration Finance or related field. Masters degree or relevant professional certifications are a plus.
- At least 2 years relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
