Your work will help pave the way for students to successfully reintegrate into traditional education or take their next steps with Youll DoDeliver engaging trauma-informed instruction in core subjects (with a focus on Special Education and/or Math)Create individualized learning plans aligned with IEP goalsCollaborate with residential staff counselors and program leads to support student successSupport social-emotional learning and behavior management with empathy and consistencyFoster a sense of stability belonging and hope in each students journeyJob RequirementsCurrent MA license in Special Education (or subject-specific areas such as Math Grades 612)Experience teaching in special education or alternative education settingsStrong ability to connect with and support students with social-emotional needsPatience adaptability and a genuine belief in the potential of every studentCommitment to working on-site in a residential school environment
