Mullinax Ford of Olympia is looking for anexperienced Ford Service Advisor to join our dynamic team! The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with CDK (ADP) and a strong background in delivering excellent customer service within a dealership environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist with service needs in a professional manner
Write and update repair orders accurately using CDK
Communicate effectively between customers and technicians
Provide detailed cost and time estimates for services
Ensure customer satisfaction through every step of the service process
Qualifications:
4 years of Service Advisor experience (Ford preferred)
CDK (ADP) experience required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
