On-Road Coordinator

The Opportunity

Were looking for a On-Road Coordinators to provide a high level of customer service while ensuring the smooth and safe operation of on-road services across charter and rail replacement. Youll be involved in actively managing driver schedules and breaks maintaining a visible presence on the ground and responding promptly to incidents. The role will support operational efficiency by ensuring signage compliance maintaining up-to-date standby driver information and working closely with the operations team to uphold service standards and client requirements.

What Youll Do

• Coordinate timely bus arrivals and departures at designated pick-up and drop-off points.
• Liaise with stakeholders to manage unscheduled buses and arrange additional services when needed.
• Assist with passenger boarding and disembarking to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Communicate essential service information to drivers and suppliers.
• Manage smooth transitions between drivers buses and subcontractors without service disruption.
• Support drivers with GPS and signage requirements to maintain visibility and professionalism.
• Monitor driver wellbeing and performance ensuring compliance with service standards.
• Maintain a strong on-ground presence to assist customers and uphold service quality.
