Job Summary

Our client is seeking a reliable and organized Storeman to join their dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail solid knowledge of hardware pare parts and the ability to maintain accurate inventory records.

This role involves managing stock levels monitoring usage placing orders and ensuring smooth flow of materials in and out of the store.

Responsibilities:

Receive inspect and record incoming stock and materials.
Maintain accurate inventory records using the companys computer systems.
Ensure proper storage labelling and organization of stock items.
Monitor stock levels and proactively reorder to prevent shortages.
Issue parts and materials to relevant departments as required.
Conduct regular stock takes and reconcile physical counts with system records.
Identify slow-moving or obsolete stock and report to management.
Coordinate deliveries and collections with suppliers and logistics teams.
Maintain a clean safe and organized store environment.
Assist in implementing and maintaining stock control procedures and systems

Sound knowledge of hardware tools or automotive/industrial spares.
