The ETC Sales Officer is responsible for developing and expanding the ETC business among logistics
and transport enterprises. The role focuses on customer acquisition sales execution and relationship
management to achieve revenue targets and strengthen the companys market presence in the
electronic toll collection industry.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Market Development & Customer Acquisition
- Responsible for promoting and selling the truck ETC products developing and executing sales
plans and driving the achievement of phased sales targets.
- Actively identify potential customers through company-provided resources and personal
channels (logistics parks transportation companies freight platforms fleets etc.).
- Expand cooperation with logistics industry enterprises platforms and related resources to
facilitate business partnerships.
- Participate in developing sales strategies and marketing plans to increase market share and
brand influence.
2. Customer Management & Service Support
- Manage the full customer lifecycle including negotiation contract signing data collection and
installation coordination.
- Coordinate with toll station technical and operations teams to ensure smooth installation
activation and after-sales service of ETC devices.
- Maintain relationships with both new and existing customers regularly follow up on product
usage collect feedback and enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Establish customer records and follow-up logs creating a customer database for precise and
targeted operations.
3. Product & Business Optimization
- Collect and analyse market and competitor product information conduct comparative
assessments and maintain product competitiveness.
4. Market Information & Data Analysis
- Regularly gather market trends customer demands and policy changes to support company
strategic decision-making.
- Analyse sales data monitor business performance and adjust business deployment based on
market feedback.
5. Team Collaboration & Support
- Assist department leaders with team training business management and performance
tracking.
- Support company marketing campaigns and promotional projects contributing to regional
market development.
- Complete other tasks assigned by managements
6. Adhoc
- Perform other duties as assigned by Operations Coordinator and Managers.
Requirements
Education & Experience (minimum requirements to perform the job):
School : Diploma in Marketing Business Administration Logistics Management
Transportation or related field.
Post School : Certificate of medical fitness
Experience : Minimum1-3 years of sales or business development experience preferably in
logistics transportation fleet management or electronic tolling industry(Advantageous).
