Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled Senior Developer with expertise in JPOS to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of JPOS and the ability to contribute effectively to JPOS-related projects. This role requires technical proficiency problem-solving skills and collaboration capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Design develop and implement JPOS solutions that meet business requirements and enhance system functionality.
Apply knowledge of JPOS architecture and best practices to optimize system performance and reliability.
Work closely with tech leads and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and integration.
Identify and resolve technical issues related to JPOS systems implementing solutions that improve user experience.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of JPOS systems processes and enhancements for future reference.
Qualifications
Minimum of six years of experience in software development with at least three years focused on JPOS.
Experience in card processing card issuance and payment processing industries.
Proficiency in Java programming JPOS framework and related technologies.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
Good verbal and written communication skills capable of articulating technical concepts clearly.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree in computer science information technology or a related field.
Relevant certifications in JPOS or Java development are a plus.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones managing resources effectively.
Identify and resolve technical issues related to JPOS systems implementing solutions that enhance functionality and user experience.
Communicate project progress and technical insights to stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment with business goals.
