Job Summary

The Role 

Were seeking a Senior Data Analyst to strengthen our ability to turn data into actionable insights across Product Sales Marketing and Clinical teams. Youll work closely with stakeholders to understand their goals translate questions into metrics and deliver dashboards and reports that support confident decision-making. Youll also collaborate with our data engineer and technical program manager to shape our data infrastructure and ensure high-quality well-modeled data is available for analysis. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and analytical needs across product usage customer journeys and business performance. 
  • Analyze data from trials intakes sales therapy engagement and marketing campaigns to uncover trends and opportunities. 
  • Deliver clear actionable dashboards and reports using Power BI and other tools. 
  • Collaborate with data engineering on ETL pipelines data modeling and semantic layer design. 
  • Document metric definitions data sources and assumptions to promote trust and transparency. 
  • Support product managers with insights from Amplitude including funnel analysis retention and user behavior. 
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and data governance standards including PHI/PII handling and access controls. 
  • May perform other duties as assigned 

Qualifications :

Education &Experience 

  • Bachelors Degreein related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • 5 years of experience in data analysis BI or analytics roles. 
  • Experience with Amplitude or similar product analytics platforms. 
  • Understanding of data governance privacy and compliance in regulated industries (healthcare experience a plus). 

Required Knowledge Skills & Abilities 

  • Advanced SQL skills; experience with data modeling and transformation tools. 
  • Proficiency in BI tools (PowerBI preferred; Tableau or Looker also welcome). 
  • Strong business acumen and experience working with cross-functional teams. 
  • Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (AWS and/or Azure). 
  • Excellent communication skillsable to translate complex data into clear insights. 

Nice to Haves 

  • Python for data analysis or transformation. 
  • Exposure to ML workflows or forecasting models. 
  • Experience with Git CI/CD and data testing frameworks. 
  • Experience in healthcare medtech or mission-driven organizations.

Work Environment & Physical Demands 

In this roleindividualworksfrom homeandis expected tomaintainasafe productive work environment with secure internet access. 

Travel 
Travel may berequiredupto2 - 3 times per year within the US for in-person team meetings and an all-companymeeting.

Schedule: 
The position provides coverage Monday through Friday and supports clients in all geographic areas. Standard working hours are 9:00 a.m.5:00 p.m.; however flexibility is essential to meet client needs.

At Lingraphica we are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The starting salary range for this position is $91600 and $107200 per year. Placement in the starting pay is based on factors such as experience skills education and internal equity.
